  70 percent of the human body is made up of water. Our body depends on water to get nutrients from food and to circle blood around our body. Everyone should drink 8 glasses a day to replace the water that our body uses everyday. The body losses water in sweating, urinating and breathing. I think that what ever your doing you always need to drink water to keep your body from being dehydrated, especially when playing sports.
