Have you ever heard some word in people's mouth's saying that
" You are happy, You are in perfect shape, You look younger.
 
The most of people like that words. Do you know how to be perfect like that?
It's sounds like difficult to be . But if you to be concentrate , you are an achievement woman.
When we talk about the health, it very important in daily life we all need to be healthy. If we are healthy,
we have exellent attitudes and our lives will be filled with joyous laughter,
happiness with someone else that we love at home and at work.
 
         The first step to help us to be good health, we should have a positive addiction such as good diet,
 good execise or positive attitude to bring a well-being.
 
         After that, vesualize our top level of well-being such as writ out what's possible that
we are going to be or fell and believe about well-being for us.
         And then, choose at least one personal goal for enhanced well-being per nonth for example write
it out on a card, carry it in our pocket next to our money, and then review it daily,
we should have to focus one every step sinc beginning untill the end of result.
 
        Everyday we should sak ourselves is " what have i done to day for my good health? " There are only 2 principles
 
    1.  Don't get vatter the small stuff.
    2.  Everything es smallstuff.
 
        Before, during and after exercise, we should use health affirmations to cheer up ourselves such as ;
I'm responsible for my good health or other thing that depending on the purpose that you want to do.
 
       Not only got and exercise to help us to be a good health , there are other thing that we can do even exercise.
For me good food and eat a lot of fruit and vegetable are the best way for healthy. But to live in the big city and
 very busy today, it is very hard and confuse. Most people are so busy that they don't have a free time to take care of themselves.
So now it's never too late to rebuild a healthy life.
 
          So good health allows us to balance our lives, to bring prosperity to our life, to give and receive love, to enhance our mental, socail
and spiritual growth.
        "  when we feel fit inside, it will show outside"
        " you are what you eat "
So to be healthy now!
