Sleep is important for everyone especially to the teens that are in puberty ages. Sleep is a way that the body rests, slows everything down and relax. Everyone needs to sleep about 7 hours at the least every night, without sleep the body can not repair organs and injuries. A person that doesn’t sleep will die quicker than a person that doesn’t eat. I think good sleep needs a comfortable bed in a dark room, so you can’t be disturbed. For the brain to function correctly.
