Water is essential for life

Water
Water is the most important nutrient
Water is one of the major parts for many functions of the body. The circulatory needs water to be part of blood, that flows through our body carrying oxygen and so on, and another important system needs water is the digestive system it uses water to remove waste from our body and to get nutrients from food. Nutrients are a source of energy, with less nutrients our body will not get energy.
Water also keeps our body temperature steady, for example have you ever noticed that when we exercise our body sweat and the sweat dries on our skin and as a result our body temperature cools done, that’s how our body uses water to keep our body temperature steady.

If you don’t have water for a few days, you may die!
This is why, if you don’t replace the water your body loses, you run the risk of dying out. This is called dehydration. If you dehydrate, your body cannot function properly. This is why we might die our body’s need water, water is essential!
The amount of water we need each day
To help our body, all you need to do is drink 8-10 glasses or 2 litres of water everyday, that should replace the water that is lost by our body and if you exercise you drink even more!
