Most people have polluted foods for their whole life such as fast foods, processed foods with MSG etc. As a result the qualities of thier health and life are getting worse and worse. If you need a better health, you have to consume foods free from MSG, unnecessary high calorie seasoned cooking . Moreover, cleanliness is very important. At the same time, there are the number of the people getting used to taking vitamins and other minerals to help making their health stronger. It's a good way but not the best solution. You can easily start to be healthy when you stop worrying about everyone else, Try doing a little exercise at least 3 times a week fit 30 minutes ( walking is great exercise ). And just keep yourself happy don't let yourself get depressed and down. |
