Have you ever given priority to what you eat?
Don't think of food in term of hunger but its usefulness. Most people have polluted foods for their whole life such as fast foods, processed foods with MSG etc. As a result the qualities of thier health and life are getting worse and worse. If you need a better health, you have to consume foods free from MSG, unnecessary high calorie seasoned cooking . Moreover, cleanliness is very important. At the same time, there are the number of the people getting used to taking vitamins and other minerals to help making their health stronger. It's a good way but not the best solution. You can easily start to be healthy when you stop worrying about everyone else, Try doing a little exercise at least 3 times a week fit 30 minutes ( walking is great exercise ). And just keep yourself happy don't let yourself get depressed and down.
